Notice of Intent to Deny (NOID)
This is a formal letter or written notice from the USCIS about your pending petition or requested action informing the petitioner or applicant that the action you requested is going to be denied. Usually, accompanying the Notice Of Intent to Deny (NOID) is a granting of 30 days maximum to submit documentation that will overcome the USCIS determination.
The form of your response and the further evidence attached is critical to a favorable outcome. We can and do assist in these type of responses. Remember, once denied your filing fees are forfeited and there may be no appeal or chance of re-filing.
It is likely best that you contact a Charleston Immigration attorney to help you resolve this matter. Remember, "with immigration, nothing is as simple as it first appears." (SM)
